Release Fear. Build Strength.

Release Fear. Build Strength.

Dear Brave Girl, have you ever found yourself in moments of fear? Despite your outward appearance as a brave, fierce woman, do you see yourself living in the shadow of fear? Why is our mental strength weak? Do you sometimes self-sabotage? We all have these moments. In these moments, self-reflection becomes crucial, a powerful tool to understand ourselves and our fears. I found a passage today in Deuteronomy that resonated deeply: The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave or forsake you. Do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged. It made me wonder, why do we fear? Mistakes and mishaps are part of life, and we are not perfect. We make bad decisions, and yet, we continue to be our harshest critics. Do you find yourself judging yourself too harshly? What if your worst enemy is yourself? Perhaps you feel you've chosen the wrong path, need to improve at what you do, were selfish, or let money lead you.

Before we can address the external obstacles we perceive, it's crucial to confront the internal enemy that hinders our growth. No matter how much you feel you've faltered, remember that God is always with you, supporting you in overcoming fear and self-judgment. He doesn't expect perfection but instead acknowledges our imperfections. The power of self-forgiveness is immense. It can release the fear that holds you back, free you from self-judgment, and renew your heart. Seek God's forgiveness and believe in it. Your heart can be renewed as you affirm bravery, contentment, self-love, forgiveness, and change.
